A lawsuit filed by Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, against Google alleging bias against her presidential campaign has been thrown out by a federal judge on the basis that the company has no part in regulating an election.

"Google does not hold primaries, it does not select candidates, and it does not prevent anyone from running for office or voting in elections," Federal District Court Judge Stephen Wilson wrote in his decision, according to Politico. "To the extent Google 'regulates' anything, it regulates its own private speech and platform."

Wilson concluded Gabbard did not prove that the decisions made by Google are "in any way equivalent to a government regulation of an election,” and that "Google's self-regulation, even of topics that may be of public concern, does not implicate the First Amendment."

The congresswoman filed the suit in July, alleging Google's suspending her campaign's advertising account just after the first Democratic presidential debate violated her First Amendment right to free speech. Google said in a statement, at the time, the suspension was brief and automatic.

"We have automated systems that flag unusual activity on all advertiser accounts — including large spending changes — in order to prevent fraud and protect our customers," Google spokeswoman Riva Sciuto said. "In this case, our system triggered a suspension and the account was reinstated shortly thereafter. We are proud to offer ad products that help campaigns connect directly with voters, and we do so without bias toward any party or political ideology."

The DemoNazis have holes for Blacks and Women and Native Americans and Rich people and Students and Latinos and Poor people and Evangelicals and Educated and non-educated and Union and non-union and the SECRET HOLE.

Some holes are good and some are bad and it can change depending on what the hole leaders in the SECRET HOLE decide. The only hole they haven't defined is the American Hole. The one we created about 250 years ago.

Right now they are really confused because they have too many holes. Each hole hates the other.

Tulsi is Native American moderate hole. DemoNazis hate that.
Bloomberg is in the rich hole. DemoNazis hate that.
Biden is in the old white privileged hole. DemoNazis hate that.
Sanders is in the communist anti-capitalist hole. DemoNazis hate that.
There are no Black Holes because DemoNazis hate that.
Warren is the bitchy woman hole. Evidently the DemoNazis hate that too.
Buttigieg is the back hoe. DemoNazis are not backing into that hole.
The DemoNazis have all their holes covered and only allow them out when they want.
Problem is, they all want out and they want out now. And the DemoNazis can't make it work.
Too many holes to cover all at once.

And the one hole they didn't cover and they can't cover is the American hole. Don't worry.
Trump has that one open.

Maybe so........but I wouldn't touch it if'n I was you.

I see. You don't wanna touch the American hole. I suppose you prefer the European model or perhaps the Putin plan.

It's about time somebody gets their hands dirty and cleans this mess up. A businessman. NOT politician.

Tulsi Gabbard Named Democratic Nominee After Discovery Of Obscure Rule That Grants Nomination To Whoever Wins 0.7% Of The Vote In Missouri

WASHINGTON—Beating out her rivals with the help of a little-known technicality, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) was named the Democratic Party’s nominee for president Wednesday after the discovery of an obscure rule that grants the nomination to whoever wins 0.7% of the vote in Missouri. “We weren’t expecting this, but after double-checking the party’s rules, it appears we are obliged to select Tulsi Gabbard as our candidate in 2020,” said Democratic National Committee chair Tom Perez, shrugging his shoulders and pointing to a section of a crumbling, yellowed document that contains the esoteric bylaw. “I know a lot of Democrats were probably wondering why she was still in the race. But last night, while cross-referencing an old rule book in preparation for the upcoming debate, we came across this forgotten section of our charter, and, well, it all checks out. I admit it was a pretty cunning strategy on her part. With 100% of precincts now reporting, it appears the congresswoman received exactly 0.7% of votes in the Missouri primary yesterday. And so the time has come for us to put aside our differences and unite behind the next president of the United States, Tulsi Gabbard.” Perez went on to apologize on behalf of his entire party for not awarding the Democratic nomination for president to Sen. Furnifold McLendel Simmons (D-NC) in 1920.
