24. Kevin Garnett
25. Horace Grant (tough choice)
That who I would have picked too...
I was looking for Nance to go with Garnett but Horace was a close 2nd followed aby a close 3rd who I thing will go next or following. Nance's 100D vs Horace's ORB% which complements Garnett's DRB% and his 58% efg offsetting the 50-51%. Close call, but happy to get these 2 at 24 and 25..

The turn around is pretty strong in the 90's. We'll see if a front court of Nance & Parish flies, maybe I'll move Nance to small forward and pick up another forward...

Right. Didn't realize that. Will probably do the same with Horace- if I can get enough assists and 3s from the backcourt.

This is going to be my first basketball league. How’s the combo of MJ and Malone looking?

I assume you’re using the 89-90 MJ (I would for the 55+ eFG and great D), which makes him a pretty dang good player who helps you with everything aside from boards (he’s good enough to be the 2nd best passer on your team too). His high STL% is a bonus too.

The 89-90 Moses is a double edged sword. His OREBs are nice and his D is pretty good, but he’s inefficient AND takes a lot of shots. The more shots your non-MJ guys take, the less shots that the more efficient MJ will, so just watch your next few picks to maybe try to bump up your efficiency while also realizing that MJ and Moses’s combined usage is 58%, so you don’t need to invest in much more usage aside from backups for your SG/C spots. I’d probably look to shore up your assists and DREB and eFG while prioritizing low usage guys at PG/SF/PF.

Overall, looks pretty good. Welcome!

I absolutely love my Penny and Webber combo. Excited to see who I can snag in round 3.

Penny:
25.5 USG%, 54.9 eFG, 4.9 ORB%, 8.1 DRB%, 23.9 AST%
83 DEF. 100% PG, 100% SG, 97% SF
2.5 STL%

Webber:
24 USG%, 54.3 eFG%, 9.7 ORB%, 19.7 DRB%, 14.6 AST%
80 DEF, 97% SF, 100% PF, 100% C
2 STL%, 2.9 BLK%

Like it also. Covering a lot of bases so you can build out in several different direction based on preference rather than need.

I have wanted to get Alvin Robertson in one of these drafts for so long, he's so underrated. The only players with quadruple doubles are centers who got enough blocks and assists, but Alvin? Steals. Only one.

basically fu dbkc lol

I left him around until the 3rd but no one wanted him for some reason!

He’s a mid 2nd on my board. I don’t know why everyone else was so low on him.

Only player in this timeframe with 9+ ORB% and 20+ AST%, and he has good D, high STL% and decent DRB for a SG too. He’s like a lil LeBron.

He's so money, it was a great pick. I put him in the 3rd but definitely can see a 2nd grade. Which season you leaning? Could argue for 90 or 91.

Thinking about forgetting trying to rebound this season, not a lot of good rebounders that I want this decade left, other than the admiral but I wanna use his 93-94 season really bad

He went 2nd round in the last 2 90s DDLs so I just got lucky. Still deciding which one to use. They’re equally good IMO. Depends on if I’ll have a big need for boards or not.

He's one of those "sudden value" guys. Not multi-dimensional enough to bring home to Mama as a core guy but when you get to the later rounds he's the guy that brings that one special thing you only now need.
