I have started 2 new leagues. 126799 and 126863 both are for new players with no championships and winning percentages under .500. Gives you a chance to compete on a level playing field. MLB 126863 is a $110 million cap and MLB 126799 is a $255 million league. So decide if you want to try out the dead ball pitchers and HOF sluggers and pre 1900 guys who hit over .400 or if you are looking to draft some of your new favorites. 16 teams in each league.

Just so you know I ran a league a year ago called "the losers". It was anybody under 10 championships and a under .500 winning pct. Also every pitcher drafted HAD TO HAVE a LOSING RECORD. I did it to give owners a chance to win against the experienced SIM players that seem to dominate. it took quite a long time to fill mainly because most of the owner/players that play SIM have more than 10 championships. It did fill and was a fun league especially because of all the pitchers had a losing record so they were NOT cookie cutter pitchers that are used all the time. Oh and they had to be 1920 or newer pitchers to stay away from the deadball pitchers that threw 400+ innings. A real challenge. Anyway good luck, hope you can fill it.
