not a max salary

this is short notice and trying to launch - so not a lot of restriction this time around (aside from h.s. and foreign)

ALUMNI LEAGUE -


After selecting a College,

NOT going to use an ENTIRE TEAM of "foreign" players (no US HS or College listed) in the 2020 edition

NOT going to use an ENTIRE TEAM of guys who DID NOT go to College - the high school to Pros (and that includes Barber College and the School of Hard
Knocks)

H.S. and Foreign players are eligible: - MIX and or MATCH - TWO from: may add up to

• "SMALL SCHOOL" player (from a school with 15 or less NBA players who have seasons in the SIM according to the below link) OR
• "FOREIGN" player (no US HS or College listed) OR
• HIGH SCHOOL ONLY / no US College player.

These players must each have salaries under $FIVE million and a combined salary of under $9 million.

LEVEL PLAYING FIELD: The BLUE BLOOD SCHOOLS - UCLA, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana and Duke - (those who have won 5 or more NCAA Championships) may NOT ADD players who did not play for that school

Each College may be used twice, with like teams in different Conferences. (Kentucky can be used a 3rd time since cmcafee usaully hogs 2)

Alignment as geographical as possible, with the exception that owners with 2 teams will have their teams in separate Conferences.

$43 million cap, no WW, Clones or Rookies.

FWIW, the last 5 versions had LSU over Arizona State, Houston over Oklahoma, Wake Forest over Foreign, Wake over Kansas, and High School over High School in the Finals. (with some slightly varying rules)

benhoidal was 'iffy' about taking Wake Forest - Ill ask him if he REALL is committed with Wake

I always use my Irish when I run this League, but I know they are unable to compete with only 1 added player. I'll be in, with at least 1 team, but will let you know who after "tinkering" a bit. After all, what else sports-wise do I have to do?
