2. Pick any 2 hitters and any 2 pitchers in franchise history (the superstars- they do not count against the cap)

Now the scrubs 21 players 60 million cap on them
3. All hitters must have a batting average of .249 or less.
4. All pitchers must have a era of 4.25 and higher.

No DH,WW,AAA,Any Stadium,Cap on the SCRUBS but not the 4 SUPERSTARS

a) Is the franchise across different iterations/locations (for example, Washington Senators (up to 1960) / Minnesota Twins (1961-present))?
b) Does the stadium have to be one that the franchise played in?
c) Clones?

2. Any stadium you think will help your team.
3. No clones on a team, but we might have say a Babe Ruth on both the Yankees and Red Sox
