So I picked France. It appears that the first possible world available is 29 days away. I guess that information could have been put in a more prominent place before I selected my country.

Yup...looks like World 92 is the first one with France in it and they're not even half way through a season.

So here is an unnecessary and pointless question: Since there are 2 Worlds with France Teams (92 and 76), and there are 20 teams in each world, and World 92 has 6 nations and World 76 has 3 nations, how can there be 39 teams from France?

Well, there are 20 teams per nation in each world. So, that means 120 clubs in World 92 and 60 in World 76.

With that said, I guarantee you that, of the 40 possible French clubs, 39 are not human controlled. It's probably more like a handful.

Hard to say. Of the three worlds I am in, the average is 3-4 humans per country? If you get into a world with a small but active human population, the game is fun, despite its limitations. Like HBD, HD and GD, WIS needs to consolidate some worlds around here. There are way too many for the number of active players.

How does a team that is waiting to be assigned to a world create challenges? It's been so long since I created a team I forget if they can access that page or not.

Been doing so. All but one game has been against the same team who has a 60K stadium. The over/under has been 6 1/2. And he mostly runs 1 forward offenses. But it helps me understand the basics of tactics.

I am curious about one thing, In nearly every game one of my backup forwads replaces my midfielders at about the 60th minute when the game is hopeless. Does this mean that he is playing out of position or do my tactics change?

@ttnorm - when you're losing the tactics change. The AI will sub out one of your mids for an extra forward. Presumably this attempts to increase offence.

Conversely, if one of your defenders or mids is injured or sent off, the AI will remove a forward first and fill the missing player with the proper position.

Have not seen a Penalty Kick in any of my first 11 exhibitions.

That's a coding deficiency in this game. Penalty kicks are too rare, far lower than a real life rate IMO. I guess the developer didn't want the entire game coming down to one penalty kick as often happens in real life.

Another thing, off the top of my head, goalie injuries. Never ever ever seen a goalie get injured at all.

To the best of my knowledge, only one developer ever worked on this game. I think it was a side/demo project for him. If it seems rudimentary, you have to remember that it never went beyond a Beta testing stage, which I know because I Beta tested it.
