so you are saying you want another all pitching team?

I am new to this theme, but I thought at the beginning this first round would move a lot faster. I understand the end of the round would be slower when most of the better teams were taken.

I ran into trouble trying to add the teams to the standings. I'm going to have to retype them so they might end up on page two of this thread instead of page one. I'm just not that tech savvy.

I retyped the standings on page one of this thread, but the 1982 post is separated from the others by some posts of people just checking in and saying they are here. If you see your check in post is separating the 1972 and 1982 posts on page two, could you please delete it? Not a big deal but it would be nice if all the standings were together.

I had settled on two teams a couple days ago. Both choices are still there but this morning I changed my mind. I'm going with the fifth place...

Important ---- CRTYonker is number one on the list. That does not mean that's his turn to pick. It's the turn of the team screwing CRTYonker. Since no one but me knows who is screwing who, I will send the sitemails. You all have your assignments though. When it's your pick, don't wait for a sitemail. Feel free to post it.

Also, with all the work you put into a screw pick I know people are tempted to do a little commentary with their pick. That's fine, but please avoid writing anything that tells the third round guy what he should do. Don't say something like I had to give him a shortstop but he still has crap at catcher. Let the third round guy make his own decisions.

Remember, this is the team screwing the team in the timeslot.

And please don't miss your timeslots. If you miss in round one, you get punished by being skipped. If you miss in round two, you just hurt the league by getting other owners mad. Please use proxies if you can't get in during your timeslot.
