The Best of the Worst - Looking for people who would be interested in participating by managing one of the following franchises.

The franchises were based on having 71 wins or less between 1957 - 1971 , expansion teams then making adjustments so hopefully it will be competitive.

Players could be Twist but must be from the time frame indicated but not necessarily from the season they played for your franchise. Example Elston Howard (catcher) played for Boston and New York so stats from either team could be used during the years indicated.
