It means if it’s the 94-95 offseason, I can trade any or all of my picks from 94-95, 95-96, 96-97

Some progressives only let you trade the current season or the current plus next season. The LOB progressive that I run lets you do the above example.

Just be careful when trading for future firsts because that team could get really good and leave you with picks in the 20s.
