The ZPL2 is looking for an owner.

This is an single season progressive league. We started 24 seasons ago with the 1980-81 season and will next play the 2004-05 season. We're looking for a solid long-term owner that would like to join us. Openings are fairly rare (I think 5 in 22 seasons) for this league, in other words this league has an extremely solid ownership base.

BASIC RULES:
- Franchises are cyclical, regardless owners are still required to play to win every game regardless of the talent level of their roster.
- All players progress through their career one year at a time.
- Draft lottery determines top 4 picks in the draft. All non-playoff teams are eligible for the weighted lottery.
- You may keep or cut as many players as you wish each season.
- You MUST have EXACTLY 12 eligible players on your roster at the conclusion of the draft.
- Trades are allowed and welcomed.
- Any trades involving draft picks can only be from the current season & following season i.e. 2004-05 & 2005-2006 picks only.
- IR spots are used for any player not in the WIS database for the current season.
- You may keep as many IR players as you wish in any given season.
- Teams must have a current or former NBA location/city/state/region and teamname.
- You may relocate the available franchises to another NBA location in the same geographic region.
- You must carry at least 19K minutes into a season.
