Just looked at the actual poll. There isn't a breakdown by party, but 18% is low enough that the vast majority of dems believe it.

Is anyone else concerned with the rise of anti-intellectualism on the right? More and more people believe in this giant conspiracy where the entirety of academia is promoting a Marxist agenda, therefore no study is valuable and no one can determine what is actually true or not.

Through this line of logic, everyone's opinion (whether rational or not) is equally valuable. There is no fact or data that is valuable, only appeals to emotion and anecdote.
