For the purposes of this league I will treat the Nationals and Expos as TWO separate franchises.

No to CLONES, AAA, WW, INJURIES
Random Realignment.

You will select one the successful expansion teams listed and use their home ballpark from that season.
you can use roster from baseball-reference.
With 100 Million $$$ you will keep 18 of the listed players from your team season (split or full is fine)
you will twist FIVE players to ANY season from their career
You will select ANY TWO Player seasons from your teams history.

NOTES ON Additional players selected:
Nationals and Expos will be treated as different franchises, therefore if you pick an Expos team season you do not get to pick ANY Nats players as one of two add-ons. You can however twist an Expo to a Nat season if they played for both. vice versa

Okay, gotcha. But the five twists can to any season from their career. So I could theoretically twist Mike Cameron to one of his Reds seasons, but I couldn't take 2002 Randy Johnson since he didn't play for the 01 Mariners.

that is correct ANY Mike Cameron but for Big Unit must be a Mariners season. again good choice with 01 Mariners
