Question Will WIS extrapolate the final numbers to what they would be for 162 games?

If so, could we have several hot hitters with over .400 BA, and a. 30 HR season would equal 75 HR ?

Also extreme ERA both high and low?

If so this would be a year to select players.

Unlike '94 we might get a lot of 30-50 IP starters with lights out numbers. Think Sean Manaea or Matt Shoemaker last year, but their 25-30 IP go into the sim as like 60-70. Those 2020 starters could be sick sim relievers ...especially if teams really do rush some elite prospects up a year or two early because innings limits don't come into play. Looking at you, Jesus luzardo, Luis patino, deivi Garcia and Nate Pearson...

No games in cooler air apr and may = more runs, more power. Like we need more power.

Like what if the season gets shut down after 16 games because of corona related reasons? You'd see some insane cookies in that case.

They do have a 50 AB/25 IP real-life minimum to qualify for a SIM season, so that may exclude a lot of players especially if the season is cut short. There may be very few relief pitchers that qualify even in a 60 game season, unless those minimums are relaxed for this year only.

If they are prorating stafs, won’t those numbers be about 20 AB and 12 IP (estimating a x 2.5 roughly) ?

They don’t prorate the minimums. Those are always the same, regardless of season length.

Because all the stats and Winners will always be a joke and have an *, I am wondering why Baseball didnt really go freaking nuts with this that would give fans something to watch.

With only 60 games / then do a crazy tournament like NCAA. 26 teams make it in, only 6 last place teams stay home. Give 6 byes to Division winners, make everything a 3 game series until Final 4 or Finals...I think you may be able to mix AL/NL by region together....basically then you really have a champion..No one is going to ever give anyone full credit anyway so why not do something really fun.
