My 30 radiation treatments are done, 2 more chemo treatments before the next big PET/CT Scan in July

My Nephew, who is living with me, just had 3 radiations for new cancer on his backbone. He is on maintenance for his chemo until it stops working.

In hospital for 10 days fighting pneumonia, shortness of breath, etc. sent home with oxygen as needed, since then had a good pet/ct scan, radiation zapped lymph node trouble spots away, back to chemo maintenance in 2 weeks

Hang in there bronx. Still the boring "status quo" here, except for a brief Hospital stay due to a dangerously low white count a couple weeks back. Now need to get shots after my 46 hours of chemo. Minor addition, but gotta do what I gotta do. Having some trouble maintaining weight again too. Sadly, two of my life-long favorites, chips and ice cream, no longer appeal to me.
