I don't think you can execute a refresh of a power query in the iOS version of Excel. I don't know about other phones. You would need to do it from a desktop.

I only spent like 20 minutes putting it together, so it isn't my most professional work. I did it as multiple queries each outputting to a bunch of hidden worksheets, which then get dumped into a pivot table. So it is a hack job. But I didn't care enough about it do put any more effort into it than was required to make it work and keep the file size small.

as long as it keeps putting me at the top of the list, it's good by me

I don't have excel. I'm at the mercy of those who do!
