This franchise league will focus on the 2000-2019 seasons.
You will have $100mil to spend
Yes to DH
No to Clones, WW, trades, AAA, injuries,
You must use stadium your franchise played in from 2000-2019.

Here is how you will create your team:
-Select five players from 2019 roster (split or full)
-select five players from a season in which your team made the playoffs (split/full)
-select a season from 2000-2018 of your team and select five players (split full)
-select five players from team's worst non-2019 season since 2000 (I've listed them with team) split/full
-LASTLY, choose a season and select five division rivals from that season (split/full)
(for teams that have switched divisions since 2000 your division rivals are the current division they are in)

heres an example:
If you select Tampa Rays
pick five players from 2019
pick five players from 2002 their worst season
pick five players from one playoff team (2008, 2010, 2011, 2013)
pick five players from ANY Rays team from 2000-2018 (you can select another playoff season)
pick a season and take five from Yankees, Red Sox, Blue Jays, Orioles
In the end this team would play in Tampa's home and be made up of five seasons, 20 players from Rays and five from rivals

Rules don’t say itt can’t. I. Want to do 2019 for division and we are assigned that by the commish for our own teams.
