If you are surprised to see the dude who is running the league conveniently in 1st place, consider me on your side. By the 2k team ratings, I supposedly have the third worst team but doing nothing other than simming the calendar has resulting in some shocking results for the team from the Rip City. Meanwhile mptrey and gerryred are supposed to be the best two teams by the ratings and they are just .500. I am guessing this is a sample size problem.

I do think some player performance weirdness is driven by the game determined coaching tendencies for the assigned teams which is something I can't really control for.

Fixed.

It seems like there are less possessions in general in these games so scoring is repressed. Scoring seems in line with RL 2013 numbers (on which the 2014 game is based). Plus there is some usage stealing. I was shocked by Steph’s 15 PPG and Wilt’s 18 PPG but they both have teammates pouring it in.

I just now caught up on this. Great ****, man. I'm heavily considering picking up 2k21 just to do all the sim **** & stuff that I love. Or I might just spend like $5 and do 2k20 instead... I know there are a lot of resources (draft classes, all-time rosters) available for it on pc.

Damn I gotta run this again. Totally lost steam on it.

I lost all motivation on this as I got sidetracked by other stuff. RIP
