Anybody can lose a game; we all lose more than we intend to every season, but how many can you lose when everyone is trying to lose? Deathinahole ran this for years, and I wanna see if we can make it fly again...

Rules:
$80m cap
We employ a spending floor. You must spend at least $75m with a:
Minimum of $30m on offense; and a
Minimum of $30m on pitching.
We will use a minimum requirement of 4,800PA/162 and 1,200IP/162 for team building.

Injuries will be on
No clones, DH, WW, trades, or AAA
Use any stadium
Random realignment
WS winner receives a lit bag of dog **** on their front porch. FedEx tracking number will be provided.


For playoff eligibility:
All hitters must accumulate at least 75 sim PA
All pitchers must accumulate at least 25 sim IP

Playoffs will be made up of the 8 worst records in the league.(4 worst from both NL and AL). However, once the playoffs start, it will be the team that wins the series, not loses it, that advances.

First tiebreaker will be worst h2h record, 2nd tiebreaker is most runs surrendered h2h. If that isn't enough, then worst overall run differential gets the nod.

I want to avoid anyone coming in that plans on trying to win. I prefer to have 24 rotten teams. It's more fun if we all play to lose.
