I would like to do Nebraska my home state but there is a shortage on infielders

I never like playing with AAA anyway so I wouldn't have it.

I'm not a fan of AAA.

ALL of the HIGH POPULATION teams are gone. A lot to choose from those teams. How about if I can add the Dakotas to my Nebr team. That would only be 19 from North Dakota & 39 from South Dakota. And no real supestars or HOFers. Nebr has only 115 to choose from and most of them just had a cup of coffee is all. 173 Total. There are 30 other states with more than that total, quite a few by alot. I might get in if everyone would be ok with that.

pick1or2, I'll open your request up for discussion in the group. My initial response is no as it that takes away from the intent of the league and could open a can of worms if others want to do similar things. Obviously there are states with widely varying populations and therefore player pools, but I think with a salary cap at $100M, most states could field competitive teams. I definitely want you to play though so I'm open to discussion and thoughts of other coaches.

Letting someone do a region rather than an individual state, as originally stated, is a slippery slope. Sorry, but I vote no. Connecticut isn’t exactly a hotbed of baseball talent, but I got a team together. Or, at least I had until the AAA rules changed. But I’ll go back to the drawing board and figure it out.
