The Big Hurt is the second version of Evangeline League that went through a merger but still has several original owners in all 50 seasons of both worlds. We learned our lessons and have developed TBH into one tough, competitive, fair and friendly place to spend some spare time. Have a look at our League Rules below. Give us a try. LEAGUE RULES

1. Major League performance expectation.
A. 54 wins(.333win%) for all owners, every season
B. Every team is expected to have a reasonable roster size with competitive players at every position
C. No players at any position in the red are allowed to start a game.

2. Use of AI. - The Artificial Intelligence in this game will promote players, demote players, improperly utilize players and even release players.

Therefore;
A. All new owners are to be informed of the AI
B. All owners should seek a 'HI' or human intelligence to look after their franchise for absences longer than 2 days
C. Owners should inform the commissioner if they will be away.
D. Anyone using the AI for longer than two days and have ill advised transactions occur will receive a warning.
E. Two warnings maximum. 3rd infraction the owner will be replaced.
F. HBD has approved TBH to allow 7 days on Al after which time the owner may be replaced even without infraction.

3. Minor league performance expectations.
A. 200 wins (.306win%) minimum total from AAA to RL.
B. AAA - RL, minimum .250 win% at each level. (AAA - Low A, 36 wins each; RL 19 wins)
C. Every team is expected to have 25 players at all minor league levels with a competitive amount of players at each position.
D. Any owner with a team at ANY level with players at any position starting a game in the red will receive a warning.Third warning = replacement of the owner.

NOTE: The rules are in place to ensure that there is some consistent competitiveness and assurance that franchises will not be excessively depleted. Some exemptions and flexibility is possible (ie. Illness, acts of nature) but it is expected that all owners otherwise adhere to this plan.

This is a great league with great owners and and a great commish. We roll quickly. Low drama. Lots of trading. Its a fun league to be a part of.
