LOL...historically when I'm Commissioner of the league we bury the slackers. If enough owners get skipped the commissioner can halt the draft to let the skipped owners catch up.

OK sorry guys, got home late from work. Here's the deal, I am going to award Mike Conley to samyork. I'm assuming he wants him, so he gets him.
albiband0 lives in Italy and the time zones are quite a bit different. I have encouraged him to send proxy lists, but if he doesn't, the draft continues. woelke can make his pick, and then booda can make his pick and on we go OFF the clock tonight (meaning no skipped picks) until morning. albiband0 can make his catch up pick anytime.
