Guys, I want to apologize. I have been very sloppy this time around. I've been pretty busy, and for some reason my system has been worse than ever. Certain guys just didn't appear on either the alpha list or the rosters. It's not your fault if I didn't update those and it compromises the game.

I'm thinking I may step aside as commissioner of this league after this season. I really don't feel good about my bookkeeping and I'd like everyone to know that this hasn't been my best work. I take full responsibility

Hell no! You've done a great job running the league for multiple seasons. You've made some errors this time around due to your moving situation, wifi, etc. If you just don't want to be commish anymore after this season, you have the right to step down. But don't do it because you feel bad about your bookkeeping! Mistakes happen. Big whoop!

I don’t want to make you feel worse, but imo, this has been much smoother than last season. A league like this has tiny little bumps.

but I also understand it. I left the site a bit for personal reasons and when I came back, I didn’t rush to get this league back up again. It is a ton of work and those tiny mistakes have a longer shelf life with the commissioner than the rest of the league.

Especially when you have noobs like me who send incorrect draft picks you have to fix. Being a commissioner of anything is hard.

I know I'm a newbie to this League, but have followed it many times before. I second (or third, or whatever) every good thing those guys said. I used to Commish a bunch of Leagues, but got tired of all the whining and fussing owners would do, no matter what I tried. Keeping 24 people happy and satisfied is never easy, but from what I've seen, you do great.

If anyone here is a baseball fan, trying to start a similar league over there. Except because there are so many more years and players, limiting the first season to one decade, then hope to do other decades as well.

Really surprised I got Jimmy Butler in Round 3.. He just knocked Joe Dumars out of my starting lineup. I was going to call my team "Palace Guards," too.

I looked at him for Round 2, but then thought a bunch of people would take him in Round 3, so I went other (lesser) directions.
Good thing this is only a practice Draft. It IS a practice Draft, right? (Jokes the guy with 1 player each in Rounds 1 and 2.)

My round three I submitted 3 players I figured would be popular but kept slipping. Butler was my 4th or 5th choice. I have 3 open spots on my team, and even getting 1 or 2 more this round is a win.
