not a done deal that her seat will be filled until a new president. The nazis need 50 votes and pence to break tie. 4 defectors fails it. Romney and Collins and McCowaski probable no’s and I think there will be others.

Mcconnell could force a vote but I don’t think he will succeed.

McConnell just released a statement that Trump's nominee will get a vote.

I hate to be mad at RBG especially today, but goddamnit she should've retired in 2014.

If McConnell knows he can’t win he could relent.

Democrats need to fight this. If they get the nominee through, bust the filibuster, get Puerto Rico and DC in, and pack the courts at your next opportunity. Any means necessary.

Same as the odds the Dems play Political games to prevent confirmation until after that. (Just as the Repubs would if reversed.)
It's sad that such BS is such a "normal" and "accepted" part of today's politics.
