It's hypocrisy because everything now being said, and actually proven, about Biden is apparently OK with you, but such accusations are one of the main reasons Trump shouldn't be POTUS. That's hypocrisy.
You love to make assumptions as to what others are thinking, and to put words in their mouths, then play "cute" immature semantic word-games with what you say. Be a freaking man and say something straight-out, and then defend it, instead of playing games. I
m beginning to think you're as big a troll as colleander. Posting here for no other reason than to get replies.
Wall St Journal said it’s not true or proven. And you apparently still think coreander is real.

That second paragraph is pure projection.

"The reference to 'the Big Guy' in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden," Bobulinski said in a statement to Fox News. Biden’s tax returns, released in September, revealed no personal business interests in China.

Bobulinski said he is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, which he explained "was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family." He said he was brought on as CEO by Hunter Biden and James Gilliar, who was listed as the sender of the email.

CCCP, you specifically said before that you trust the Wall St. Journal as a news source. Their news section didn't think the story was credible enough to run. Why don't you trust them now?

tang: "What sources do you trust?"

CCCP (June 22, 2020): "Wall Street Journal or anything that is fact based. Nothing opinion based... Only media I trust remotely is the WSJ."

https://www.whatifsports.com/forums/Posts.aspx?topicID=521234&threadID=11876438#l_11876438

Flash forward to October:

The Wall Street Journal newsroom has found that texts and emails recently given to the publication by Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, provide no evidence that Joe ever used his political standing as a former vice president to aid Hunter's business dealings in China.

The publication initially reported on Bobulinski's records in its opinion section with author Kimberley A. Strassel stating that Bobulinski claimed to have met Joe to discuss Hunter's Chinese business dealings.

Bobulinski also said that in a May 2017 email, Hunter sought to get Joe 10 percent equity from Sinohawk Holdings, a holding company in which Bobulinski served as CEO and which sought a joint venture with the Chinese oil company CEFC China Energy.

Following the publication of the opinion article, Wall Street Journal reporters Andrew Duehren and James T. Areddy wrote a news article stating, "The venture—set up in 2017 after Mr. Biden left the vice presidency and before his presidential campaign—never received proposed funds from the Chinese company or completed any deals, according to people familiar with the matter. Corporate records reviewed by The Wall Street Journal show no role for Joe Biden."

https://www.newsweek.com/wsj-newsroom-found-no-joe-biden-role-hunter-deals-after-reviewing-bobulinskis-records-1541553

So now, the WSJ newsroom, the same one that CCCP claimed to trust over everyone else, is completely repudiating this story. Meanwhile, the OPINION SECTION (remember when CCCP wouldn't accept anything opinion based) is reporting this story, and he's running with it.

They did. Which is when I started to believe there is some substance to it. Obviously Biden is the "Big Guy" and obviously he got gigs for his son and money but now we see that he may have benefitted too. Typical corrupt politician.

A case in point is the media distortion of a pair of recent reports in The Wall Street Journal. Our Kimberley Strassel wrote a detailed analysis in her Friday column about the emails and text messages of former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski. Journal reporters wrote later that day about Mr. Bobulinski’s claims, and media partisans jumped to assert that the news story contradicted Ms. Strassel’s.

No, it didn't, as more careful analysts like Mark Hemingway have noted. The Journal news story added the fact that their examination of business records found no evidence of Joe Biden having an ownership stake in the Hunter Biden-Bobulinski company.

But Ms. Strassel never said Joe Biden did. She reported that Mr. Bobulinski provided documents supporting his claim that a stake was envisioned for Joe Biden, but that Mr. Biden ought to respond to clear the record if this wasn’t true. The news story treated the emails and texts as real, and thus tacitly confirmed that they weren’t “Russian disinformation” as Joe Biden and others have claimed.

The actual NEWSROOM completely debunked the story, as I mentioned above. It exonerates Joe Biden. Listen to the actual journalists who have a fact-checking process and found the story to not be credible.

Lol #nailedit

Also, then the most generous reading of this “scandal” is that in 2017 Joe Biden, completely within his rights as a private citizen, may have considered doing something that by all accounts (like his taxes that he released unlike other candidates) he subsequently did not do.

brilliant work all around here

So Bobulinsky is lying? WSJ just backed up their opinion editor. The FBI is interviewing here. Perhaps there is nothing and he is lying but there is certainly a lot more here than there was with the Russia Conspiracy. No one has exonerated Joe Biden. He is in fact the "Big Guy" what they cannot prove is whether he indeed was a beneficiary of Hunter's dealings. You're a hypocrite. If this were Don Jr., every print outlet would be all over this.

A lot less evidence with Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser but people deemed him guilty as did the VP candidate. Hypocrisy is alive and well in Washington.

What part of this did you not understand?

The WSJ did *NOT* back up Strassel. That's why the actual newsroom refused to publish the story. Why do you think it was originally reported by an opinion columnist and not an actual journalist? Why did the newsroom later come back and argue AGAINST Joe Biden's involvement and perceived corruption in the story later on, as I showed earlier?

"The Wall Street Journal newsroom has found that texts and emails recently given to the publication by Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, provide no evidence that Joe ever used his political standing as a former vice president to aid Hunter's business dealings in China.

Corporate records reviewed by The Wall Street Journalshow no role for Joe Biden."

The Russia story had far more weight than this. There were actual arrests involved. The FBI confirmed the story. Bobulinsky said he's going to the FBI; let's see if anything comes of it. As for Kavanaugh, sexual assault is harder to prove than corruption IMO.

Even if it isn't "Russian Disinformation" and the emails and texts are real, that doesn't provide evidence of corruption, as the excerpt above states.

at least Biden released his tax returns...maybe because he had nothing to hide? Unlike Trump, who has not released his returns.

Okay, I will say something straight out. You are a ******* *******. I haven't seen any evidence against Biden. What I have seen against Trump is closer to evidence, but as you have your head up trump's ***, nothing anyone says about Trump is true. Its all just haters. As you want to convince yourself that you shouldn't vote for Biden despite what you have admitted about trump, everything said about Biden is true and we just won't admit it. Is that straight enough? Now **** off please.
