Best President ever - or so says one of our brilliant Forum posters.
Thank goodness around 50% of Americans can think for themselves and don't even believe he's doing an approvable job.
Gee, wonder who's off-base here: our 1 poster, or 50% of America?

Because of leaving Afghanistan? Which he had to do or escalate the fighting thanks to Trump’s negotiation with the Taliban leader, who Trump also let out of jail? Leaving Afghanistan which 70% of America, and Trump and his disciples in Republican Party was all behind - until Biden did it?

Yeah the Afghan government went to **** a lot faster than anyone expected but I don’t think anyone is gonna blame Biden for it in 3.5 years. This is on the Afghan government, Bush, Obama, Trump, and sure Biden, but it was a 20-year shitshow and I think people are gonna just remember Biden was the one who did finally rip off the bandaid.

Having said all that I’ve been very mad at right, left, and center people thinking about this strictly as a political thing. It’s horrible how quickly the Afghan military laid down and acquiesced to the Taliban and we need to do everything possible to get as many women and children and men out of there as possible.

It's really too early to know how bad this makes Joe look.

Certainly been a **** show like UoA says.

Really depends on how much destruction the new Islamic regime causes outside of Afghanistan.

Of course the terrorists seem to always be emboldened when a weak president is holding office, so no real surprise this happened.

Although it most certainly will turn into a political passing match, bottom line is those ******* need to learn how to actually fight for their independence.

Ive always advocated that we should've left a remnant behind to help secure it, but honestly it will never really matter if the Afghani freedom "fighters" just lay down at the first sign of trouble.

Then ultimately it depends on how good or bad the candidate from the Rs is. There are quite a few who will still lose regardless of what happens in Afghanistan.

Dude is in office for 7 months out of a 20 year war, dealing with a withdrawal plan agreed to by his predecessor that also freed 5,000 Taliban fighters. Yeah, it's certainly Joe's fault.

don't forget he was hidin....er at Camp David when it all went down.

How much blame does Ford get for the end of Vietnam? It's going to play out the same down the road.

And before this weekend almost every Republican was on record backing Trump that we needed to pull out…and then Biden did.
