France in World 92 has 9 active owners and could use more. If you are looking to get back in or want to see what an active growing world looks like, join as France anytime before we roll December 14. At 15, that is still quite the league. It would be the third most human coached teams in a league behind USA in 86 (17) and 88 (16) and tied with Canada in 85.

Looks like 3 of the 6 new owners are no shows. Still 12 active owners. Anyone still interested can sign up as France for our next season in about 45 days. There are no other French worlds till then.
