So, if two teams are after a recruit...equal distance away and ALL other factors being equal, would a school from, say the Sunbelt Conference, have a disadvantage over a Big-12 school? In other words, does a Power 5 team have an advantage over a Mid-Major just by being a Power 5? Again, all things being equal except for the whole Power vs Mid thing.
