suggestion for next time tpistolas. With respect, if you have guys on a waitlist that are itching to join, don't conduct a long, untimed draft. Pick a date, pick time slots, inform guys a few days in advance and if guys get skipped, go to the wait list.

Next time I’ll definitely institute a shot clock for picks. I’ve tried to stay a few steps ahead via site mail, but that has broken down a couple of times. You live and learn, I guess.
