Uofa2 yes it is very hard to top, especially considering the impact many of those albums had on the future of music.

YES and Genesis both released their debuts in 69 also, but imo they were still fleshing out their sound and neither album is very good.
Fairport Convention - Leige and Leaf is arguably the best of the three albums they released in 69, but in general I, personally, have never been a fan of the band.
Elvis - From Memphis. Important because it was his first non movie soundtrack album in nearly a decade.
Jethro Tull Stand Up which began the era of the new direction with Ian Anderson as the sole leader.
Sir Douglas Quintet's Mendocino, another Country/Rock album, but with a unique "Cal/Mex" sound.
Arzachel, a very good single album released by college buddies who went separate ways after this release. The album increases in song length and strangeness as it goes,, ending with an 18 minute (or so) psychedelic trip that rivals ANY of that style.
Santana's Self Titled debut. It really belongs in my original list, but I overlooked it. One could argue Santana is his own genre.
Ike & Tina Turner Out of Season along with the Bee Gees Odessa are typically listed among top albums of 1969, but i find very little of either worth listening to.
