Everyone, including myself, talks about Bill Russell's defense. Another item is that Kobe Bryant, the 2nd best shooting guard in NBA history, and a top 10 to 15 (depending on opinion) player in NBA history, is never drafted in the $52M or ODL draft. I expect he is a ghost in open leagues as well.

It would be unthinkable for this to happen if drafting real teams.
