I definitely considered him and correct me if I am wrong but I thought he was good but not all star or all pro caliber in his 40s

The Tom Brady Train rolls again on Sunday at 4 pm in Chicago. With a 10 day rest he should be loaded for bear.

Mahomes is so ******* good

True.

But are you now willing to concede that Brady is clearly still a top 10 QB? I realize that he was just outside of the top 10 in your favorite stat, but when you take into consideration the fact that he threw the ball significantly more than anyone else and still maintained above-average efficiency with one of the lowest interception rates in the league I think it's pretty clear his overall performance was top 10.

Heck, Jimmy G was 2nd in yards/attempt, and I don't think anyone views him as a top 2 QB. You can't give him all that much credit for playing on a team and scheme where he gets to throw the ball to Deebo Samuel at the line of scrimmage for a 20 yard completion in the scorebook.

(Yes Brady played at a top 10 level but I came back to this thread to gloat, not admit that I was wrong)

Fair enough.

In spite of what QBR and a few other aggregators suggest, I actually do think that it's pretty hard to make a strong argument for Brady as a top 5 QB at this point, so you weren't that wrong anyway.

Brady retiring as the 2nd best player in the league...based on MVP odds.

These are all the records, the "lucky guy" has.....
  • Most consecutive seasons in the NFL playoffs by a team, player or head coach: 13

As Mahomes just found out....its not easy to win in the NFL. Rodgers already knew that. As did Manning and Brees.

You start a draft now...pick any player from any generation and the first pick for anyone sane is Tom Brady. LOL

You need to stop eating those retard sandwiches

Brady didn't mention the Patriots or Bellicheat in his retirement statement

Ouch
