There is no requirement to choose any number from a specific team build the
best you can build. I playtested and almost every team i built the last 2 weeks used
a least 1 player a team but i didn't want to require that.

Division Alignment: In Order to separate the haves from the have nots
I will add up the wins and losses of each team in your group and each will be
grouped by win percentage lowest to highest. The Theory is better teams those
years had better players.

This will be challenging and most teams will have some area of deficiency
but please do not sign up and quit if your draw is bad. Remember more than likely other teams
will be bad too
