Let’s get it started. Would you guys have picked curry or Giannis third?

I feel like it's easier to build a team around Steph in the ODL, though I'd have happily taken Giannis if he fell to me.

Steph - very few players field that kind of positional gravity (how many guys are going to make you think +1 on all their lonesome?) and Giannis is expensive for the limited minutes (he is still right there and maybe just aesthetics?)

Giannis has pretty even $/min if that’s worth anything. It was almost an impossible choice for me. With Giannis I saw a guy who’s going to be dominant on defense against any of the 5 positions. 60 efg on max usage. A guy who can be the start of a dominant scoring team, dominant possession based team, or defense based team. Just gives me a lot of flexibility.

but if I’m wrong I suppose I’ll get the chance to correct my mistake by picking curry next year lol.

Also I threw jokic in there. Very similar to Giannis without the defense or the position flexibility I was surprised he made it to 10.

So cool having Jackedjamie, Benhoidal, and Robusk right in front of me in this draft!

so I have never had Lebron on any of my teams before so I don't know what to expect but I almost took curry but Lebron plays 4 positions and is a 90 in defense the year I am using him in ('12-'13), and I took him over wilt because of eFG% in peak seasons. thoughts on if I made a mistake? (which I probably did as I lose a lot more than I win in these leagues lol)

LeBron is a great pick! The only mistake could be where you end up playing him.

I guess it'll depend on who I draft, but I was thinking SF?

Anyone other than LeBron in that spot is idiocy.

LeBron's a PG.

Lillard before harden seems wrong. Cp3 seemed to go way early.

Harden typically goes before Lillard but Dame has been trending up while Harden has been trending down. Typical slot for CP3.

I think after the 1st few obvious guys it's pretty much a matter of taste or your build plan
