What are the chances we get the 22-23 season soon after the season? Back in the day other than the lockout year where they had to adjust all the numbers to match 82 games they were pretty good about getting a new season out quickly.

On Friday night Shai Gilgeous-Alexander shot 17 free throws. For the whole season so far (61 games), Al Horford has shot 21 free throws.

To put it in perspective, he has 308 3PA and 21 FTA. That is crazy.

If memory serves (which it very well may not), WIS has been reasonably prompt about getting new NBA player seasons out the past couple years.

In any case, as usual, there are a few 2023 players I'm curious to see: Embiid, Jokic, SAG, Doncic, Haliburton, Sabonis, Gilgeous-Alexander, Butler, Steph Curry. So much load management that there may not be many candidates for "best new season in a draft league," but tons of strong additions for purposes of progressive leagues.

I seem to recall it was relatively quick? Maybe 2 ish weeks, not much more. But then the defense updates come end of June or July once all defensive teams and defensive POY are awarded.

Should have done this first, looked in the forums last year and they were released 4/13/22 which I'm pretty sure was 3 days after the end of the regular season. Sit tight...

Kevon Looney is 84% at SG. Since when do they make a center only 84% at SG? What the hell?

No surprise, but efg is off the charts with this bunch. It would be a crime if Embiid doesn't get a D bump with the announcement of All-Defense teams, as he's currently sitting at 60.

With the hype around Brook Lopez this season for dpoy & the emergence of Claxton, I can see a world where he doesn't make either and remains a 60. I'm not saying it should be, but it certainly could be. I never know wtf the nba media is doing these days.

My first thought was that Lopez and Bam Adebayo would both get more all defense team votes than Embiid. That being said, the Embiid conundrum clearly shows that WIS needs to use a better system for defensive ratings. Furthermore, I want it to be understood that I re-wrote that sentence so I could use the word conundrum. Please let me know if you see an opportunity for me to use the word enigma.
