Anybody have any examples of a Hall of Famer with the lowest peak OVR?

Cobbfather has a couple in the 70s. The lowest being 71, Jordan Abernathy, his stats are padded by the early programming. The big update occurred in the world after S13...he retired S14. Sounds like a PED scandal if you ask me.

Too lazy to go look, but my guess would be either a high save low overall rating closer or one of those part time Ditr C's.
