SIM FANTASY GAME MODE IDEA

This game mode will be a huge mega tournament hosted every year for NHL NFL MLB NBA NCAAF NCAAB. The sports will have every single season and NFL and NCAA will have individual defensive players and a kick returner/punt returner. The NCAAF will also have a o line which is not in the game right now. Each game in the Sim will be decided on that sports playoff structure. So if it was MLB, each game would be decided on a 7 game series with fatigue between them. If it was nfl then it games would only be 1 game with no fatigue between rounds. The fantasy part comes in with not just players, but other stuff included that won't be in the regular games. That's how fantasy is there. FYI during the tournament the only thing you will be able to do is see the results, your stats, and the SimFantasy Record Book. This record book will show the records from the current and past tournaments. The players will be hidden and it just shows records and not players. In this tourney to keep competitiveness all players from different user teams will be hidden. No user will be able to share theirs because this will be illegal. For the next few lines I will be explaining the fantasy component for each of the 6 sports. For all 6 sports there will be 6 fantasy components with you can add only 5 of that fantasy component for a 30 total. The 6 components will be plays, games, single seasons, careers, abilities(this is special things other players have done like darrel revis man coverage or babe ruth's hit ability), and team moments(this is like the 2000 ravens 4th down stoppage, new england patriots comeback against falcons super bowl). All of the components will affect the players individually and determine how they play. With the right combinations you can make super players. There will also be 5 fantasy components added to the team as a whole which will help. Also, there will be a rule that a fantasy component can not be in over 75 percent of the players. The base players will be based on single seasons like normal dream teams. The sim engine will be a little bit crazy because it is a playoffs. The creation for this dream team will be very vague. You will get a description of the fantasy component and what this will actually do to the player. For different positions like NFL defensive players, pitchers, goalies, o-line, etc. There will be different fantasy components. You can not add defensive fantasy components to offensive players.

Main summary points

This will be a tournament with no user input after submission of teams only viewing and seeing results.

All players from other teams will be hidden to keep competitiveness. You are not allowed to share your team ever.

A player will be made up of one base player which will be based on a single season and 6 fantasy components of 5 each totaling 30 fantasy components. There will be 5 components added to the team.

Components are plays, games, single seasons, careers, abilities, and moments.

The tournament will be based on the already existing sport playoff structure of that sport so baseball will be a 7 game series.

Creating your team will be vague, you will get a description of that component and an effect of that component.

You will pick a coach and a style of coaching so this is very important.

Other rules will be applied and this will be different for each sport.

You will only get 6 hours for the creation of your team depending on sport.

Sim engines will have an increase of randomness with all these factors.
