Does tryout camp list get filled after ST? Topic

Haven't signed one of these guys in a while. We've just started ST and nobody is on the list so far. Checked the FA signings and nobody below 22 y/o has been signed yet. I'm assuming they come out after ST ends?

PM2 Cycle 2 (11 PM Eastern) on the last day of ST.

And I usually fill my Rookie League pitching staff with these guys; they're almost always better than picks 15-25 in the draft (except when you get one of those draft miracles). The position players I only use when I'm desperate for a minor league C or SS.
