Does the situation a pitcher finds himself in affect his propensity to give up a HR?
Here's an example...
Your pitcher has loaded the bases and the other teams best power hitter is up. Since he can't walk him, is he more likely to accidentally serve him a pitch right over the heart of the plate that gets blasted out of the park?
