Only rookies (1st season WIS) from that season will be used. So, for example, if 1984 is selected, we will bid only on players whose first WIS season is in that year. But their entire careers will be available, just as in the original bidding process. If they have enough years and points in the bank, someone could sign Roger Clemens to a 15-year/9-point contract and then use those seasons in any order they choose. Is that correct?

A player is available to Bid on until he goes 24 hours without his Bid being raised. Only after 24 hours without receiving a raised Bid is he awarded to the highest Bidder.
