It murders me every single season becaus I never get into the game to set my budget in time. There is really no harm to beimg able to change your budget at any time during the season without penalty. If you did that, I would be much more compettive than I have been. But to punish somebody all season long just because they didn't put a setting in during one small window is just hard.
