How often do players’ ratings increase daily? Is this just once a day, when the new game results come out?

Whenever the game run!

So for you in Rupp, that’s once a night when games simulate (even if you have a bye). This goes until the CT championship has been completed.

Some worlds (Phelan, Knight, and Tarkanian) run 2 games a day. They would have practices when those games sim so 2 practices a day.
