I did not remember Gibson having that good a last hurrah season in 94 with the Tigers. Maybe it's just the way that season ended that kind of overshadowed the stats to some degree. But if you could just get that guy healthy and on the field, he really was sensational.
I think 94 was a strike year and those are prorated sim stats
The PA are prorated, but he actually had 23 HR and 72 RBI in 330 at bats. Pretty good half season at age 37.

https://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/SLN/SLN192106150.shtml
1) Adrian Beltre, Joe Nathan, Jason Castro
2) Billy Herman, Jim Gleeson, Lloyd Brown
3) Gregg Olson, Willie Fraser, Bob McClure
4) Joe Dobson, Johnny Hopp, Willy Miranda
5) Mike Foltynewicz, Freddie Freeman, Seranthony Dominguez
6) Bob Friend, Hank Foiles, Dick Schofield
7) Luis Aparicio, Willie Horton, Ike Brown
8) Austin McHenry, Walton Cruise, Bill Sherdel, Bill Doak

I couldn't figure out a way to roster $12M Rogers Hornsby or $9.6M Frank Robinson without severe pain elsewhere. So I settled for a deep lineup that should take advantage of Sportsman's +3 doubles rating pretty well. Our defense will be decent, though it wasn't a great Adrian Beltre season with the glove (B/D+) and our catchers couldn't throw out grandma.

On the pitching side, I like my top two starters (Folty and Dobson) but not quite so much the rest of the rotation. My bullpen should be pretty strong with Joe Nathan, Seranthony Dominguez, Gregg Olson, and Bob McClure. I hope 1,425 IP holds up well in a hitters' park.

Good offense, pitching hopefully will be good enough, but worried about being in Wrigley.
Had many better options than Joe Tinker at SS but had to get another player from 1904 and came to the conclusion he was the best of the bad choices.
