I'm a returning player (it's been a minute!) and wondering/hoping if someone would please point me in the right direction to help with a recruiting cadence template? Not looking for the secret sauce or trade secret-- just a general idea of what to do when.

Depends where your team is located and there are a lot of diff strategies herre. But at a high level, you could do a private camp with d1 players. And then scout d1 players within 500 miles by position (start with all PG within 500, then all C within 500, then SG, etc.) until you have about 3,000 left. Then maybe wait until there are transfers in rs2 and use the final 3,000 on them.
