Sign-up NOW for your team. Pick a year & franchise (1890-2023) (this combination will be exclusive). Make a team from your exclusive team's players (a minimum of 17) & pick a maximum of 8 free agents for the season of you exclusive team with a team max salary of $100M. NO DH, AAA, WW, trades, or clones. You must use the home park that your team used in your chosen season, or WIS Park if the actual park isn't available.
The 2 teams making it into our season 12 WS will be Permanent Blacklist. Permanent Blacklisted year & franchise combinations can't be picked. Current Permanent Blacklist are [1906 Cubs,1962 LAD; 1967 White Sox; 1967 Cards, 1972 Pirates; 1981 Expos; 1984 Cubs; 1985 Cards, 1985 NYM, 1985 LAD, 1985 Expos, 1986 Stros, 1990 Reds: 1993 Braves; 1995 Clev, 1998 Braves, 2018 Brewers; 2019 Astors; 2020 Padres; 2020 LAD; 2021 Giants; 2021 LAD; 2021 Braves, 2022 Clev, 2022 Stros & 2022 NYM] At the end of season 12 after excluding 2 teams reaching our WS (??), the 8 teams with the highest number of wins during our theme season will be put into a Conditional Blacklist (CB). CB {condition #1} The 12th season after being placed into CB the 8 teams (year/franchise) can't be played [here are the possible 1981 Stros w96, 2019 TB Rays w94, 1915 WSox w92, 2011 Cards w91, 1917 Giants w86, w87, 1968 Clev w87, w86, 1928 NYY w86, & 1998 NYY w85: 8 of these 10] ; {condition #2} The 2nd season after being placed into CB the lowest 4 teams drop out of CB & the highest 4 teams [are, 1909 RS, 2022 Stros, 1914 RS, & 1985 B Jays] can be played, but with a max of 1 free agent; {condition #3} The 3rd season after being placed into CB the lowest 2 of 4 teams left are out of CB, & the highest 2 teams [1910 Cubs, & 1909 Phil A'S] these 2 teams can be played but with a max of 2 free agent. CB {condition #4} [1952 LAD] this1 team can be played but with a max of 4 free agents. The 4th season after being placed into CB the lowest 1 of 2 teams left are out of CB & the highest 1 team can be played, but with a max of 4 free agents; {condition #5} The 5th season after being placed into CB the last team is out of CB.

You may then add up to 8 free agents from other team(s) from the same year as your chosen team. Traded players with combined stats count as original roster players as long as WIS shows them as a member of your chosen team. For example, if you use the 1964 Cardinals, Lou Brock would count as one of your 17 original roster players as long as you use either the WIS version based on his combined Cardinal/Cub stats or the one based only on his Cardinal stats. However, if you use the WIS version of Brock based only on his Cub stats he would count as one of your 8 free agents.
