The NHL cap is estimated to be 87.5M next season. Since WIS won't let use make leagues that are NOT rounded to the nearest million , the cap is 88M

Lets see what teams would look like if WIS open league caps kept pace with the ever changing NHL.

This is a straight forward league , I'll be using the same rules as the 70M open leagues BUT with a 88M cap

I will generate a league # when we hit 10 "I'm ins".
