| Injury Reserve:No! Inactive Players are put back into the player pool unless protected. |

| Top Pick:seeds 24-17 placed randomly by what-if-sports admin. for draft picks 1-8, |
| top pick lottery is for round one only; for following rounds we revert to reverse seeding order. |

| If an owner is found to have an illegal player, the league manager (zanatural) has the authority |
| to have admin support remove that player immediately.The BOG will then determine an appropriate penalty within 48 hours. |

| P&P Enforcement, Changes & Additions: |
| The BOG will only interpret the P&P and determine appropriate fines/penalties for infractions WITHIN 48 HRS. |

| If a member of the BOG is being investigated by the BOG, they will not take part in the BOG discussions and decision. |
