good lord my scouting was drinking when he scouted my 1st pick. college scouting maxed and there was a 10-12 point drop in ratings when he signed.

I realize there could be a difference with scouting , but being maxed and that extreme is certainly odd it seems. I still point to him drinking when he scouted the guy :)
