- Recruits are no longer guaranteed to sign with leading team, but the probability is strong in their favor
- Recruiting actions and signings occur every 6 hours (instead of 3), reducing the time committment
- Sim AI teams now recruit like human coaches, with the same budget and distance restrictions
- The Recruiting Home page replaces the mad flurry of recruit Inbox messages, presenting key info in one view
- The Job Change period will be in the middle of recruiting, so a coach who switches jobs can finish for his new school
We've been gathering user feedback for years. We've been playing the game ourselves for even longer. The move to a mobile
design was a no-brainer. The decision to revamp scouting and recruiting is based on a quest for realism and desire to
minimize the learning curve for new coaches while introducing greater strategy and options for our veteran coaches. The
new system is more transparent and easier to digest and should allow for better distribution of talent across each division.
This is a significant change, but we are confident it is a change for the better. Though it will take some time to learn the new
system, everyone will be learning the system together so the playing field is level. By providing more strategy with the extended
scouting and new recruiting system, and most importantly the ability to do so from wherever you are on whatever device you are using,
you are sure to enjoy Hoops Dynasty 3.0!
