$110M with a few player restrictions to combat the mindless Deadballer/Basestealer cookie teams: All pitchers must have a HR/9 of 0.25 or greater, and all batters must have 30 SB or fewer. The pricing changes are helping, but we still keep out many of the overused players of the past.
