The Opener $120M
To simulate an entire season of teams exclusively using an "opener", every pitcher who starts a game must be set to the minimum 40/40 pitch count. No other pitching restrictions so build your staff however you wish with that one rule in mind. $120M, No AAA, No DH, WW allowed, Clones OK. Check Theme Summary for all other rules.
